Our Big 'Un-Official' Announcement

Hello All!

Things have been quiet on the blog, but that's never a reflection of what's going on in our life. In fact, if things are quiet on the blog, you can bet-your-bottom-dollar things are hoppin' around our home. Quite literally, actually. I have two little girls who love to hop, skip, scamper, roll, jump, bounce, run, and sliiiide in their socks on the wood floors. (Although their Daddy doesn't do that anymore, since I had to retrieve a log-of-a-splinter from 'neath his foot), and the little brother is following fast behind the girls.

Nope. Not quiet over here at all.

In fact, we have a major 'Un-Official' announcement to make today.

This has been months in the making. The Lord has been stirring our hearts and shedding light on our path. It is an exciting, yet scary adventure on which we're about to embark...

We are adopting.

I can't give you all many details at this point. We can't make an official announcement, so I cannot tell you our little fellow's name, or where he lives. For now, we'll just call him 'K'. And while we're enjoying spring here, where he is, it's pretty cold outside.

There are many things to share with you in the days to come, and I can't wait to give credit and glory to the Lord for the way he is already moving on our behalf- on K's behalf.

For now, we ask you to PRAY for us, for our family, for K. Stay tuned for more of the story, for our official announcement, and for more exciting things to come!!
