Happy Birthday Maggie!

Oh - Can you believe it? Our big girl is a year old today! This morning we woke up early, and went into Maggie's room as she was waking up for her first bottle. We sang Happy Birthday to her and gave her a present to open. She wasn't quite sure what to do with it, but once I got her started she tore into it.

We gave her a colorful book called "Five Little Ducklings", and each of the little plush ducklings sticks out of the book, so you can feel them. She loved it. We got the whole thing on video, and I'm going to upload it later today. We're also putting together a slide show of pics from Maggie's first year, and of course there will be pictures of her birthday party tomorrow!! What a fun weekend! So stay tuned for more to come.

PS - We want to wish a very Happy Birthday to Melissa and Dwayne, who share Maggie's special day; and also to Teesa and her twin brother Adam, who celebrate their birthdays tomorrow! Have a special day, guys - we love you!
